Aries estimates that the required utilization rate for an Executive Business Partner would be approximately 25% of that of a full time employee, or approximately 10 hours per week. The cost for this support would then match at approximately 25% of the Executive Business Partner's cost of $105,000, or $500 per week.

Our pay-per-use business model is based on this calculation and is billed as a flat-rate monthly retainer for up to 10 hours of support per week, plus any additional approved expenses incurred while conducting business on the client’s behalf. Hours billed in addition to 10 per week are at a rate of $60/hour.

The retainer includes the following from an Aries' consultant:

• On-call assistance for urgent matters 24/7
• Weekly remote support via web conference, email, and phone totaling approximately 10 hours

  *Additional time required for attendance of multi-day off-site meetings will be billed at a negotiated rate upon contract commencement date.
